Up Your Real Estate Lead Generation Game With Automation

Generating leads is one of the biggest skills real estate agents are trying to master. with the marketing environment getting more and more complex, there are companies like Zillow and realtor.com who happily take your money, promise you tons of leads, and never follow through. Sound familiar? It’s a trap a lot of realtors fall into1 Luckily, we are here to help. We’ve put together a few authentic ways to generate leads for FREE.

A big part of lead generation is staying in touch with your clients (old, new, and prospective). Sending out individual emails is extremely time consuming especially if you’ve grown your list to a healthy number. Using a service like Mailchimp or Convert kit allows you to create automated email sequences so you can spend more time nurturing relationships and less time creating the content.

Another way to authentically use email automation is to set up emails that go out around specific holidays like Thanksgiving, Valentines Day, and 4th of July. Include in the email events and other fun things to do in the area during this time.

Grow your list FAST with our Database Builder - 45 People to add right now that you didn’t even think of.

As a realtor, you are always sending out emails. Lots and lots of emails. Your email signature may be a tiny element in the scheme of your marketing but it is essential.

What to include:

  • Name
  • Job Title
  • Company Name
  • Office #
  • Mobile #
  • Email
  • Website
  • CTA or Referral ask

Remember: Your email signature is a reflection of your business. Make it professional, readable, maximize it’s impact!

Lead generation is all about staying in from of your audience. An easy and accessible way to do that is with social media!

Just like with email, it is important to spend more time engaging with your audience than posting on each individual social platform.

- Insert Scheduling Social Media -

If you do not want to bother with a social media scheduler:

Facebook allows you to schedule right within the platform on your Facebook page.

Note: Not applicable on personal profiles.

Simply click the small arrow next to the publish button and choose schedule.

You can then choose the date and time you would like the content to be published.

There you have it! As easy as that! You can schedule as many post in advance as you would like. Though we recommend - no more than 5/day or 100/month.

If you are on the other social media platforms and would like to scheduler their content too, we recommend using a social media scheduler like Hootsuite.
